Jess has been a staff member at TVH since 2010 and now serves in an expanded role as an Advanced Practice Nurse.  This unique role was specially designed for experienced individuals who received additional training and work under a veterinarian to act as an extension of their service.  She graduated from Harcum College with a degree in veterinary technology in 2013. When she’s not at work she enjoys horseback riding, meditation, reading, painting, and hiking. She especially enjoys spending time with her son Wyatt.

Kris graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2007 with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Finance. After spending some time in the field, she realized her true passion was helping animals, and particularly enjoys being a part of our surgical team. After attending the Vet Tech Institute in Pittsburgh she became a Certified Veterinary Technician in 2012. When she isn’t hard at work with animals she enjoys spending time with her husband Dan and twin boys, Colton and Declan. In addition to her young boys, their house is also busy with their Rhodesian Ridgeback, Hunter, and two cats named Chooch and Chilli! She is passionate about her Fear Free Certification skills that help ensure stress-free pet visits!

Nina started as a Veterinary Technician with Telford Veterinary Hospital in 2006. She has been working full-time with animals since she graduated with A.A.S. in Veterinary Technology as a Licensed Veterinary Technician from Harcum College in 2002. She is an incredibly dedicated clinician and is also affectionately known around the office as the team jokester who is capable of pulling off the most elaborate of pranks. Her experience and expertise have been put to work as the Home Delivery Specialist managing medication requests through our home delivery pharmacy system and interacting with clients as working to make their online experience as good as possible. Nina enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Nikki has served the veterinary community for over 13 years. She joined the TVH staff in 2017. Her love for animals and hard work ethic earned her a degree from Manor College as a Certified Veterinary Technician. She holds a special bond with our feline patients and quickly became known as our kitten technician. She brings a calming presence to the hospital and is a crucial part of our fear-free mission to keep pets’ stress at low levels. When she is not in the hospital she enjoys spending time with her two children, Peyton and Gage.

Liana joined the Telford Veterinary staff in 2021. She has always had a passion for helping animals. She graduated from North Penn High School in 2020 and spent some time in Florida studying marine biology. She graduated in 2024 from Delaware Valley University majoring in small animal science and has hopes of becoming a future veterinarian. Outside of work, she enjoys time outdoors with her dog Baxter, traveling, working out, and spending time with friends and family.

Heidi’s passion for helping animals has allowed her to work in the veterinary community for 5 years. She has since returned to school to pursue her Veterinary Technician degree to continue that passion and graduated from Penn Foster in February 2024. When not at work, she can be found in the garden or in a Yoga/Pilates class. She also loves camping and hiking with her husband and 2 rescue dogs, Oliver and Kai.

Elijah joined the TVH Team in the Fall of 2022 as one of our Support Specialists. He is currently attending Penn State Leigh Valley majoring in Rehabilitation and Human Services. Outside of school, Elijah assists with raising puppies for The Seeing Eye and is the President of The Seeing Eye 4H Puppy Club for Montgomeryville County. He has helped raise 3 dogs so far and accepted one back, Luke, as a family pet after he became a career change dog. Elijah’s other hobbies include drawing, sports, and reading an occasional good book.

Tana was a hospital client for 10 years before joining our staff as a Veterinary Assistant in 2014. She now serves as a full-time receptionist with our team. She brings with her many years of experience and enthusiasm for training in dog sports activities including conformation show handling, competitive canine weight-pulling, competitive flyball racing, and dabbling in agility and rally obedience. Alicia joined the Telford Vet Team in August 2023. She married her high school sweetheart in 2005 and has been a stay-at-home mom for 17 years raising her four sons. She has two very energetic dogs, Mila a 5-year-old American Bulldog, and Callie a 1-year-old American Bully. Her hobbies outside of work include cheering her sons on at their football games, visiting local restaurants and breweries, and hosting exciting Eagle viewing parties for her neighbors, friends, and family. Alicia is very excited to be joining the team to help our clients and patients.
