I found Telford Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Minninger on Railroad Avenue in Telford in 1999... and I've never looked back. I graciously followed them to their current, most beautiful location here in Souderton. Our pets, like most, are a part of our family. We've lost a few pets through the years... and as you know, it is never easy. When it has occurred, they showed nothing but complete compassion. When I come in with one of our cats who is having a problem... they are right on it and have never let us down in finding the best resolution! Whenever I've left messages to speak with either of the doctors, I always receive a call back promptly and they always take their time with us and explain things in laymen terms. I can't say enough good things about the doctors; but I can say with 100% confidence - I would go to no other vet - HANDS DOWN!

My Bruno is a rescue who was quite stranger aggressive when I adopted him. The first vet I took him to insinuated that I should consider putting him down. However, the Fear Free approach used at Telford Veterinary Hospital allows him to have as positive an experience as possible. Although exams are still challenging, he happily enters the office, approaches staff, and leads me to the exam room. Once there, he is partially sedated to keep him as calm as possible and ensure the staff's safety. The patience, care, and empathy for his past helps me to keep my beloved boy (and his sister!) healthy and safe.

I give this place 5 stars and then some. We took our cat today because she hasn’t been eating. It was raining so hard and we were late. The receptionist not only told us to take our time but guided us to her office. When we got there she had towels ready for us our cat is not the easiest patient but the assistant and the dr were great with her. They were so caring and gentle with our cat. I had our dog there previously and they took good care of her too. Thank you Telford veterinary staff. You even gave us an appointment the same day. I don't know if I have ever been as happy with a vet as I have been with Telford Vet. They are very nice and accommodating. I have an anxiety ridden dog and another who doesn't love other animals. They go above and beyond to make us comfortable. My anxiety ridden dog had a cancerous tumor removed and the surgery couldnt have gone smoother. Cost was also very reasonable. Highly reccomdend.

This is the one and only vet I will ever go . We had been with our vet in Lansdale for over 26 years. Sadly we had planned on putting down our 8 year old Shepard because we were told there was nothing else we can do to help his neurological issue he had. We spoke to 3 of our 4 children waiting for them to return home for the process. As you can imagine we were all devastated. Thus is when I decided to call Telford Animal Hospital for a second opinion. When we arrived we were met by loving caring staff. Then we met Dr. Minninger who was our god sent. She spent over 2 hours with us and decided to place our dog on different medications and Lazer treatments. In less then a week not only our Shepard up and being his crazy self but he is better then EVER. We owe these folks the world. I can truly say I believe Dr. Minninger truly has wings. ❤❤❤ needless to say we have transfered our other dogs over to this practice as well.
